Micromarkets are a cost-effective solution to bringing additional retail and catering services to your workforce. A micromarket such as the example shown below can be put together relatively quickly and easily with limited long-term impact on building structures and infrastructure.
How Does it Work?
Product ranges are consumer led and can be adapted to meet demand i.e. more fridges for additional grab and go items, hot food counters; salad bars etc.
Other 24-hour retail items can include:
- Pre-packed sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, rolls, salads, pasta and snack pots (including meal deal offers)
- Fresh fruit items
- Cereal and porridge pots
- A range of branded confectionery and snacks
- Microwaveable hot meals
- Hot and cold beverages - our bean to cup coffee vending machines use freshly ground coffee and fresh milk to ensure a great cup of coffee whatever the hour
Additional benefits of using a micromarket format include:
- 100% cashless and unmanned
- Improved speed of service, via all forms of digital payment
- Adaptable, modular and covers the most important categories
- Has internal storage for re-stocking
- Can be built quickly in any required location as a temporary or permanent fixture
- Limited enabling works (5 double sockets)
- Can operate on dump waste and pump water, (plumbed supplies preferred)
- Requires internet connectivity but can operate off 4G dongle if required.
